Enviroburners to supply Burner System for new Recovery Boiler in Belarus
The burner system for the new recovery boiler at the Svetlogorsk mill, Belarus will be supplied as a subcontracting project for Andritz Oy. The commissioning of the burner system is planned for 2014.
The main CNCG (Non Condensable Gas) burner with a capacity of 8.6 MW will be installed on the recovery boiler. In addition to LVHC gas from the water seal and SOG, liquid turpentine is also used as fuel. Natural gas is start-up and support fuel. The delivery also includes a stand-by CNCG incinerator system (5.4 MW). With this stand-by flare incinerator, all the produced CNCG and SOG gases can be combusted safely even when the recovery boiler is not operating normally.
A delivery of six start-up burners for the recovery boiler is also included in the contract. The start-up burners are designed for 10 MW capacity and have been specially designed for use with natural gas.
In addition, Enviroburners is also supplying all natural gas, turpentine and the CNC gas valve units.
